Know Your Teachers

“The heart of education is the education of the heart”

Children in their formative years require more out of a teacher than others. I strive to build independence and confidence in my preschoolers so that they use their full potential. With the combination of the right skills, education and experience, child protection is myriad of different experiences. Sad, joyous, shocking and scary are just a few descriptors. Each day is different and each case calls for different skills. The wide scope of my job often brings out a wide array of emotions. There is no theory or approach that works in each situation. Each child & situation is different, and the best I can do is to be flexible.

Mrs. Suman Gupta was born and brought up at the banks of river Ganga, Varanasi and successfully completed her higher education from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) a prestigious institution known for higher learning. Besides this she has done attunement in Reiki which is a form of alternative medicine known as energy healing.

She has attended various conferences and teachers’ training programs organized by CBSE. She was honored by HDFC Bank, SBI, LIC, Lotus institute for her outstanding contribution in the field of education. Under her guidance, students have won several prizes/awards in the field of science at district level, regional level and national level.

Renu joshi, a devoted smart Biology teacher at Alma Mater, has been serving the institution ever since she joined in June, 2013, as a debutant teacher. She had her finest schooling from various KV schools, ranging from KV Pune to JRC Bareilly. She had always been a bright spark among the rut of the mill students. Her family basically hails from the hill state of Uttarakhand. Being the daughter of an army man, the values of discipline and traits, have been imbued in her personality. She pursued her education at graduation level from Bareilly College Bareilly in the science stream. Meanwhile, she educated herself in B Ed from KCMT, Bareilly. Apart from her regular stream of education, she explored the newer options of MBA from MJPRU Campus, Bareilly. It helped her attain the deftness and scholarly edge.
